We offer an initial consultation and a written estimate for £25 plus VAT, within a 20 mile radius, to discuss your project and advise where necessary before setting out our estimate.

From our first phone call or email conversation, we can discuss your requirements and inform you of current lead times to ensure this suits your schedule. We will then arrange an hour long consultation which is carried out on Saturdays. During the consultation we will offer design ideas, alternative options and any advice needed.

All estimates are on headed paper and received within ten working days. There is no obligation to have a written estimate.

In the written estimate you will receive:

• Detailed explanation of works to be carried out
• Quantities of materials involved
• A breakdown of Costs, including VAT
